Online Participant Account Access
Online participant account access is a convenient way to manage your account. Simply log in to view your account balance, claims history, contribution history, investment performance, participant account statements, and more. In lieu of submitting paper forms, you can submit claims, update your contact information, make investment allocation changes, add or edit covered individual information, and update your account preferences.
HRAgo® (mobile app)
Use HRAgo® to manage your HRA from your mobile device. You can check your account balance, take pictures of supporting documentation and submit claims, check your investments, update your contact information, and more!
Download HRAgo from the App Store or Google Play. Before using HRAgo, you must first register for online participant account access, if you have not already done so. Then, use your online username and password to begin using HRAgo.
It’s all about convenience. With a OneBridge Visa® Benefits Card, you don’t have to file claims and wait to get reimbursed. Just use your card to instantly pay medical care expenses directly from your HRA.
Be sure to request and hang on to supporting documentation in case we need you to send us copies. The explanation of benefits (EOB) from your insurance provider usually works best. If you don’t have one of those, get an itemized statement or detailed receipt from your merchant or provider.

The OneBridge Visa Benefits Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. The Bancorp Bank; Member FDIC. Card can be used for qualified expenses wherever Visa debit cards are accepted. See Cardholder Agreement for details.
Skip the paper! Go electronic. E-communication is faster and more convenient than waiting to receive important account information in the mail. We will notify you via e-mail when important items like your participant account statements are available online. Paper statements will no longer be mailed to you. To sign up, log in and click My Profile.
Direct Deposit (recommended)
Sign up for direct deposit! Direct deposit is faster and more convenient than waiting for paper check reimbursements in the mail. To enroll, log in and click My Profile or submit a Direct Deposit Enrollment form. To access forms, log in and click Resources.
